Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with 6 years prior experience, Graduate Degree with 4 years prior experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Government Contracting/Subcontracting
Proven track record as a Cost Account Manager managing budgets and sales forecasting for subcontracts
Expertise in navigating FAR/DFARS, ITAR, EAR regulations, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
Background in SATCOM and/or missile defense programs is a plus
Proficiency in managing various cost-type contracts: including cost plus award fee, cost plus incentive fee, and cost-plus fixed fee

Responsibilities

Monitor and control project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
Manage performance in key areas including technical scope, schedule, and cost.
Provide financial and programmatic reporting guidance across program resources, ensuring compliance with internal policies and basic earned value management (EVM) principles.
Act as program risk manager, leading teams in the identification and development of risks and opportunities management plans and monitoring exposure / impact burn down over the life of the program.
Work with program leads to understand staffing requirements and engage with functional leadership to fill demand in accordance with schedule needs.
Support program change process and proposal development efforts for engineering change proposals (ECPs) or other contractual updates.
Achieve L3Harris and Customer objectives, including on-time delivery, exceptional quality, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with technical and functional leads to gather progress status and prepare for recurring customer reviews.
Ability to travel approximately 15% to domestic locations.
Ability to obtain US Security Clearance
