About The Position

As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, an experienced program management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of critical Air Force acquisition programs. You'll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like Confluence and Jira, and regular interactions with senior Air Force program managers, SMEs, schedulers, customers, and project analysts. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a professional work environment supporting the DoD
  • 2+ years of experience with logistics policy, supply chain operations, process improvement planning, and project support
  • Experience leading or supporting cross-functional teams in supply chain optimization, risk mitigation, or strategic sourcing initiatives
  • Experience managing the scope, cost, schedule, and implementation of technical solutions
  • Experience using Micro sof t Office, including Micro sof t Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Project Management tools such as Confluence and Jira
  • TS / SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

  • Experience with SAFe and Risk Management
  • Experience with action item management or tracking
  • Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly
  • Ability to work cooperatively as a team member
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills to effectively manage complex client and stakeholder relationships
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possession of excellent organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related Technology field
  • PMP Certification
  • Agile Certification
