We work hard, we play hard, and we want you to join us! The Program Management Senior Specialist is the glue that keeps all the elements of an email marketing campaign project together. They are well organized project managers, excellent communicators, proactive problem solvers and technical subject matter experts well versed in email marketing. They are the connective tissue between the business (product marketing managers), production project managers and development team. They ensure projects are well defined, and delivered on time and meet quality standards. The base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000 - $131,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
