Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in program management, operational readiness, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Expertise in change management and process improvement methodologies.
  • If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related discipline.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations and partnering with IT leaders.
  • Familiarity with financial tracking tools and performance monitoring for large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional programs to ensure operational readiness and successful adoption of business changes.
  • Drive strategic planning and execution for major initiatives, focusing on measurable outcomes and stakeholder alignment.
  • Facilitate readiness assessments, risk mitigation strategies, and post-launch evaluations to continuously improve processes.
  • Partner with business and IT leaders to optimize workflows and deliver seamless experiences for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Champion change management practices that foster engagement and resilience across teams.
