This role seeks a Program Manager to lead production efforts within the Maritime Electronic Warfare business area, specifically for Multifunction Modular Mast (MMM) production and support to the AN/BLQ-10 production programs. The selected candidate will have overall responsibility for the MMM Production contract, including cost, schedule, production execution, risk management, resource planning, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time completion of contract deliverables. The Program Manager will be the primary interface with the PMS435 customer for the MMM program and the focal point for communications between the program team, functional organizations, and program leadership, with frequent interactions with the broader customer base and subcontractors. Experience in developing, maintaining, and communicating performance-based Earned Value and performance metrics is desired. The PM will ensure team compliance with contract terms and LM processes/policies to meet production deliveries, identify challenges, develop mitigation plans, establish milestones, monitor adherence to an integrated master plan, and coordinate program personnel. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college
  • Demonstrated proficiency in program management principles or project lead experience on development programs
  • Experience working with major subcontractors
  • Experience with development, implementation, and management of cost and schedule baselines
  • Active US Secret clearance or ability to obtain US Secret clearance
  • Ability to work in Syracuse, NY Facility multiple days per week

Responsibilities
