  • Support logistics coordination for workshop facilitation
  • Track and report progress on testing, validation, training, documentation, etc.
  • Support data scrubbing and data entry activities
  • Support program RAID log management and action item follow up
  • Works collaboratively with the Project Leader
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student in a Bachelor's or Master's program in the Fall Semester 2024 at an accredited university or college: Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Life Science or related
  • Minimum GPA 3.0 or higher
  • Able to start on either June 2nd or June 16th
  • Ability to complete a consecutive 10-12 week internship
  • Highly motivated, intellectually curious, intermediate MS Excel skills
  • Clear communication - excellent writing skills and articulate communicator
  • Highly organized and strong ability to time manage
  • Must have work authorization in the United States at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment
  • Rising Junior or Senior at an accredited university or college
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Keen interest in Project Management
  • Experience with MS Project and Visio
  • Full-time (40 hours per week) paid internship for 12 weeks
  • Salary range based on education and experience
