Requirements

  • Completion of at least 2 years of full-time enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, Management Science and Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar field
  • GPA of 3.2 or higher
  • Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited four-year college or university
  • Basic knowledge of project management processes and tools
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English

  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis at the time the internship begins and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status

  • Familiarity with project risk assessment and mitigation strategies
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • A demonstrated interest in energy storage, renewable energy, or electric vehicles

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing projects and programs throughout their life cycle
  • Support development of stakeholder requirements and project documentation
  • Participate in daily standup meetings and provide project updates
  • Assist with project scheduling, tracking milestones, and ensuring deliverables are met
  • Analyze project documents, budgets, and data to identify risks and constraints
  • Support implementation of risk mitigation strategies
  • Prepare and present data-driven reports for project teams and leadership
  • Partner with contractors, internal teams, and cross-functional departments to drive project completion
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on tasks and goals
  • Provide excellent internal and external customer service
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) for data analysis and reporting
  • Manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Apply problem-solving, organization, and time management skills to support daily operations
