About The Position

As a Program Management Intern at MAHLE, you will support our Program Managers with customer builds at our plants and technical centers.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
• Junior Class Standing

• Previous internship experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing project data including customer rebill activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the execution of program management initiatives.
• Support the development and maintenance of project schedules and resources.
• Participate in project meetings, documenting key discussions, action items and decisions.
• Contribute to the identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities within the MAHLE engineering factory and production facilities
• Support plant project teams during the launch phases when applicable
• Engage in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address project, manufacturing and operation challenges.
• Support the team(s) in ad-hoc and projects related to program management and engineering
