About The Position

Panasonic Energy is looking for interns to join our creative team in the Program Management department. The interns hired for this position should expect to learn all facets of manufacturing and will leave this position with invaluable skills and industry knowledge. Requirements

  • Must have completed a minimum of 2 years at an accredited university.
  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited university at the time of the internship.
  • Minimum 3.2 GPA.
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.
  • Completion of at least two years of full-time enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Management Science and Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain, or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of project management processes and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.

  • Hands-on experience through project teams or previous jobs.

Responsibilities

  • Support PECNA in managing projects and programs throughout their project life cycle.
  • Develop critical requirements from stakeholders.
  • Update project schedules.
  • Support daily standup meetings with project team.
  • Analyze project-related documents.
  • Review and analyze project budgets.
  • Identify project risks or constraints.
  • Assist in implementing risk mitigation tactics.
  • Support contractors or other PECNA teams and departments to complete the project on time and within budget.
