The Electric Power Systems Program Management team is seeking a motivated and innovative intern to join us this summer. In this role, you will leverage your independent thinking and problem-solving skills to create impactful solutions, partnering with the organization seamlessly across four value streams. You will play a crucial role in supporting accountability for both tactical and strategic initiatives, while championing the adoption and application of standard processes and tools that ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Nice To Haves

  • Prior internship or experience in program management, project management, strategy consulting, or a related field
  • Experience with aerospace, defense, or industrial sectors.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira).

Responsibilities

  • Develop Program production and sustainment business plans.
  • Facilitate Program reviews to address budget adherence, risk assessments, earned value, and project schedules.
  • Lead Program manager development related events aligned with senior leadership vision and objectives.
  • Rotate through different Program meetings to gain exposure to diverse programs and enhance cross-functional collaboration.
