BAE Systems is seeking a self-motivated and experienced Program Manager to manage the $50M+ Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) Transponder Technology Refresh development and productionization projects. The IFF Transponder is a key component of our IFF portfolio. This position has the responsibility for the leadership and management oversight of a project team assuring that project’s financials, schedule, and technical objectives are met and that the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved while meeting all contractual commitments. Reporting to the Common IFF Program Area Director, this role will require strong cross functional leadership and customer management to operate in this dynamic environment balancing program execution as well as supporting new business initiatives.
