The Program Management Office (PMO) Analyst provides technical and programmatic support to government teams by translating mission needs into technical requirements, managing those requirements, and shaping strategic program direction. Responsibilities include contract support (SOWs, RFPs, cost proposals), performance monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and communicating complex concepts through reports, meetings, and senior-level briefings. The team ensures projects stay on track by overseeing cost, schedule, and performance. As the SETA Cleared PMO Analyst, you will be responsible for. Tracking, monitoring, and updating the status of program deliverables using appropriate project management tools and methodologies. Maintaining comprehensive tracking systems to ensure timely completion of deliverables and early identification of potential delays or issues. Conducting regular data quality checks and implementing remediation measures when necessary to maintain data integrity. Establishing and maintaining a centralized library of PMO documents, ensuring proper organization, version control, and accessibility. Developing and maintaining a comprehensive repository of project templates for both technical and management purposes to support Project Managers throughout the organization. Providing support for projects, programs, and portfolio-level business process analysis. Translating complex business processes into visual workflows and interactive dashboards to enhance understanding and facilitate decision-making. Designing and implementing effective data visualization tools that present project information in a clear, actionable format. Updating and maintaining organizational IT lifecycle documentation for both Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies. Developing and maintaining supporting materials that guide teams in the proper application of development methodologies. Defining, developing, and keeping current engineering (SDLC) artifacts, architecture standards, and related documentation. Providing oversight of Enterprise SDLC reviews, including change management processes, to ensure compliance with standards and required guidance. Coordinating with project teams to ensure adherence to established development methodologies and documentation requirements. Facilitating knowledge sharing across project teams by maintaining and promoting best practices documentation. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by documenting lessons learned and incorporating feedback into templates and processes. This role can be accommodated at several levels based on experience and qualifications, ranging from 4 to over 10 years of experience. Title and compensation will reflect the experience of each individual selected.
