About The Position

The Program Management Advisor role is focused on supporting the Technology Simplification initiative, which aims to optimize the organization's technology ecosystem and standardize business processes. The advisor will oversee multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery of projects with measurable impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance, computer science or directly related discipline.
• Five (5) years exempt experience in project/program management, product development, systems design/development or business/financial planning and analysis.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects or programs, particularly those involving technology or cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong problem solving and negotiation skills to resolve conflicts.
• Strong communication and collaboration ability to effectively communicate complex information.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the use of project management/planning software.
• Experience in planning major projects including development of project proposals, business cases, schedules, and financial justification.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in project communication, documentation, and coordination.
• Collect and analyze routine department problems, issues, and concerns.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Assist in maintaining governance processes to ensure project milestones are met.
• Create and deliver clear updates to stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactively escalate risks, issues, or changes in scope when necessary.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and address issues promptly to minimize impact.
• Assist in implementing a change management process.
