About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Program Lead to lead cross‑functional initiatives that span R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. In this role, you will guide complex, technical programs across their full lifecycle—ensuring seamless knowledge transfer, operational readiness, and adherence to global regulatory standards. You will work closely with customer stakeholders and internal teams to translate complex business challenges into actionable roadmap plans that drive measurable outcomes. This position is ideal for a collaborative, customer-focused leader who excels at orchestrating large-scale transformation and thrives in highly regulated environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project and portfolio management, ideally in consulting or customer-facing roles.
  • Track record of managing large-scale portfolios and delivering measurable strategic outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of strategic planning, roadmap development, and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to “speak the customer’s language.”
  • Proficiency with project management methods (Agile, SAFe, Waterfall) and platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, and enterprise planning tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
  • Ability to conduct current- vs. future-state assessments and build end‑to‑end transformation roadmaps.
  • Experience with demand management, capacity planning, and resource optimization.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps, incorporating scenario planning, resource needs, dependency mapping, and benefits realization.
  • Engage with customer stakeholders to understand nuanced, domain‑specific challenges and convert insights into actionable project plans.
  • Support transformation planning, including current‑state assessments and future‑state definitions.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, ICH Q10, and internal quality systems.
  • Lead stage‑gate reviews, steering committee updates, and portfolio governance routines.
  • Maintain audit readiness and documentation integrity across projects.
  • Monitor portfolio and project health using KPIs, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies—and drive mitigation strategies.
  • Partner across teams to ensure alignment with schedule, scope, resourcing, and quality expectations.
