About The Position

Panthalassa is transitioning from prototyping to production builds. To scale reliably, we need strong enterprise systems that track and manage parts from design through manufacturing to fully integrated, validated nodes. We’re hiring a Program Lead for Enterprise Data Systems to own the strategy and execution of this work. You will lead the selection, implementation, and integration of the core tools that power our operations, including PLM, ERP, MRP, MES, QMS, and WMS. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to define requirements, build a rollout roadmap, and drive execution. This role starts as an individual contributor, and as the program grows, you’ll build a team to implement systems, integrate workflows, and train end users. This role is based on-site in Portland, OR. Exceptional candidates may be considered for a hybrid remote role.

  • Cross-link the digital system implementation roadmap with our company objectives and production scale-up plans
