Assist during the customer complaint resolution process about the new program, follow up the return material defect analysis and improvement; 4. Support the Engineer change work order management of the program and process; NO.Representative Duties1 Assist with the development of new products; Identify product development risk for new project. Help to confirm product standard requirements based on customer requests. Encompassing with the design, verification, and debugging of new product and fixtures based on project target, timeline, and budget; Ensure newly-developed tooling associated with specific product to be effective; Responsible to monitor and aid the new product sample build with related tooling and fixtures. 2 Assist with the improvement of current fixture by optimizing designs, mechanisms or technical specification; Avoid such similar issues encountered in future development projects based on gathered experiences. 3 Responsible for helping with the technical problems issue resolution workflow during project development phases and initial production phase. 4 Gain familiarity with relevant quality system, TS16949, and five core quality tools. 5 Participate in internal training specifically required for guiding new product quality standards and inspection specifications implementation to new product control plan. 6Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any timeI
