About The Position

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and interested in public service? Join our team and help ensure the integrity of Vermont's Unemployment Insurance (UI) program.In this entry-level role, you'll work directly with claimants and employers to review benefit claims, resolve issues, identify underpayments and overpayments, and support the collection of overpayments and delinquencies. Workload volume will be extremely high on occasion.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent AND three (3) years or more of experience performing fiscal auditing, accounting, quality assurance or collections work.
