Program Integrator responsible for ensuring the successful integration of multiple programs, systems, and stakeholders to achieve strategic and operational objectives Requires a deep understanding of program management principles, technical expertise, and strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration and coordination among various teams and stakeholders

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret security clearance is required
• Master’s degree and 10 years’ experience or 22 years with no degree or bachelor’s degree and 18 years’ experience in a relevant field (engineering, project management, business, etc.
• Proven experience in program management, specifically in the defense industry with a focus on missile defense systems
• DAWIA Program Management and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Nice To Haves

• Experience with DoD/Army, defense industry and related stakeholders
• Knowledge of emerging technologies in missile defense
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, policies, and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integration plans to align multiple programs, systems, and stakeholders
• Identify and document stakeholder needs, expectations, and concerns in a stakeholder management matrix/plan
• Provide input to program teams on programmatic integration-related matters
• Identify, assess, and recommend mitigations or capture plans for integrated related risks/opportunities.
• Facilitate communication and coordination amongst product teams, stakeholders, and external partners
• Develop, measure, analyze, and improve processes and procedures related to Integrated Fires program integration
• Document and present integration-related plans, status, outcomes in professional reports and presentation materials
• Capture lessons learned and support know1edge management efforts across the Integrated Fires program integration space
