KBR is seeking a highly skilled TADSS Program Integrator to support the PM Cargo CH‑47F Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS) portfolio under the Cargo IAC MAC Task Order. This position supports a 2‑year customer-funded modernization effort focused on market research, technology scouting, vendor engagement, and Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) development for emerging MR/VR/XR training systems. This is a high‑impact position supporting the Army’s CH‑47F training modernization strategy. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field and 7–10 years of relevant experience (in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an additional 8 years of experience may be substituted)
  • Experience supporting CH‑47F programs, logistics, fielding, or training systems.
  • Experience with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for aviation systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform cost, schedule, and performance analysis.
  • Experience developing acquisition documentation and technical evaluations.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong communication skills for briefs, reports, and AoA documentation.
  • Ability to coordinate across Government and contractor teams.
  • Technical knowledge to specialized aviation or training system environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently perform complex tasks and provide senior‑level consultation.
  • Experience with TADSS, simulators, or aviation training devices.
  • Experience supporting PM Cargo or PEO Aviation.
  • COR experience or equivalent oversight background.
  • Familiarity with MR/VR/XR technologies or simulation systems.
  • DAWIA, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification.

Responsibilities

  • Apply extensive CH‑47F platform, logistics, and fielding experience to evaluate immersive training technologies for alignment with CH‑47F operational and training requirements.
  • Support the integration of next‑generation training capabilities into the PM Cargo TADSS portfolio.
  • Conduct continuous, in‑depth market research on MR/VR/XR hardware, software, rendering engines, distortion‑correction tools, and integration middleware.
  • Identify commercial vendors, emerging technologies, and DoD training schools using similar systems.
  • Develop structured trade study frameworks including: Visual acuity & resolution Field of view Latency & refresh rate Tracking accuracy & volume Ergonomics & human factors SDK maturity Vendor viability Lifecycle cost
  • Lead vendor outreach, collect technical specifications, pricing, and product roadmaps.
  • Attend virtual/on‑site demonstrations to validate vendor claims and assess system capabilities.
  • Support the Government in developing a formal AoA that scores, ranks, and compares candidate systems.
  • Identify risks, trade‑offs, and recommended courses of action.
  • Coordinate across PM Cargo, PEO Aviation, and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of TADSS modernization tasks.
  • Prepare and deliver executive‑level briefs, technical summaries, and decision-ready recommendations.
  • Support development of SOWs, CDRLs, IGEs, J&As, and other acquisition artifacts related to TADSS prototyping and modernization.
  • Assist with cost, schedule, and performance assessments for related efforts.
