About The Position

PeopleTec is currently seeking a Program Integrator Analyst to support our Huntsville, AL location. PeopleTec is seeking an experienced Program Integrator Analyst to join our team supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Joint U.S.-Israeli Cooperative Program Office in Huntsville, Alabama. This position is on- site in government office (Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville AL). Duties: Support the Joint U.S.-Israeli Iron Beam and Iron Dome Manufacturing and Production Product Office government/contractor team Primary facilitator of products, events, travel, etc. across the portfolio Use independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload in a high-paced and detail-oriented environment Participate in manufacturing and production meetings with government, industry, and foreign partner stakeholders Develop meeting minutes, executive summaries, and action items Support the formulation, development, and assessment of project schedules, progress assessment plans and project status reporting Interface with internal and external stakeholders to receive schedule inputs and integrate them into the master schedule Assist with weapon system production program management to include schedule analysis, building and briefing chart packages, meeting scheduling and minutes, financial reviews, cost analysis and identification of production "cost drivers" Assist with preparing executive-level briefings and technical information packages for MDA senior leadership and/or other stakeholders

Requirements

  • The ability to plan, coordinate, and support product development and required documentation in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • A self-starter with excellent people, organizational, and communication skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Works independently and/or with teams to analyze and resolve problems
  • Ability to coordinate with international partners, U.S. military departments, and industry partners to support manufacturing and production activities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Travel is 30% to 40% to various locations including manufacturing sites, contractor and government facilities, integration sites, and test sites within the United States and overseas, including Israel
  • Possess a current U.S. passport
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
  • Analyst Level II: BA/BS with 3-plus years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD/DoW programs/projects
  • Analyst Level III: BA/BS with 7-plus years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD/DoW programs/projects

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of the design, development, testing, and/or production of missile defense weapon systems and/or components
  • Experience interacting and supporting high-level government customers
  • Knowledge of MDA policies, procedures, and organization
  • Proficient with Microsoft Project and Milestones Professional
  • Proficient with Microsoft TEAMs
  • Proficient with Large Language Models (Artificial Intelligence applications)
