We are seeking a Senior Program Integrator who will provide direct support to a government customer’s business and digital transformation team, serving as a key partner in aligning enterprise‑level processes, data, regulatory requirements, and system workflows. In this role, you will apply strong time‑management skills to balance multiple priorities, manage competing deadlines, and maintain consistent delivery of high‑quality work. You will function as an enterprise integrator, ensuring cohesion and operational effectiveness across functional domains by embedding acquisition, fiscal, and policy controls into standardized business process designs. This includes promoting traceability, audit readiness, and long‑term compliance through well‑structured process frameworks. The Program Integrator will design and evaluate certification gates, control structures, and compliance artifacts that support a strong governance posture. You will provide informed guidance to transformation leadership on regulatory risk, process standardization approaches, and the implications of cross‑functional integration efforts. Collaboration will be central to your work, as you partner closely with G‑Staff and functional stakeholders to enhance enterprise visibility, strengthen operational consistency, and drive measurable improvements in process performance. Through these efforts, you will help shape and sustain a disciplined, transparent, and integrated approach to business and digital transformation across the organization.

Requirements

  • BS or BA in related field
  • 10 years related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have an in-scope DoW Secret security clearance

Responsibilities
