About The Position

Seeking an experienced Grant Writing Manager/Associate with a well-rounded understanding of the process of grant making and handling the process start to finish.

Requirements

  • Experience with Sales Force/Foundation Connect
  • Must have 3+ years experience with grant writing/giving
  • Proficient in creating reports for active grants

Responsibilities

  • Maintain relevant electronic and paper records. Conduct periodic audits to ensure quality and completeness of data entered.
  • Prepare and manage open, transparent, accessible, and efficient application processes and ensure proper due diligence of all proposals.
  • Maintain accurate and current data in grants management system, including contact updates, and grant cycle information.
  • Responsible for obtaining needed documentation from each organization receiving grant funds in order to build reports for quarterly board meetings.
