About The Position
PACT provides community-based mental health services to individuals with persistent mental health issues. This multidisciplinary team model offers time-unlimited, flexible, and recovery-oriented care with 24/7 availability. Responsibilities and Learning Opportunities: Engage in comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment planning. Provide therapeutic interventions under supervision. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and support recovery. Participate in crisis intervention and on-call support services.
