As a Program Financial Analyst III, you will be using your skills and expertise to review, monitor, and control project data in support of our internal and external project reporting. You'll be responsible for preparing baselines, ensuring alignment with program schedules assisting with cost proposals, pricing documentation, "what-if" cost analysis, program cost forecasts, and cost variance analysis leveraging your extensive knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM). You'll positively impact the business by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic cost and schedule baselines, ensuring timely billing and collections are taking place, maintaining awareness of funding limitations to ensure timely funding requests are made as well as forthcoming orders, and ensuring revenue and earnings projections are accurately projected. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field of study and typically 6+ years of relevant experience
  • A higher level degree may substitute for experience
  • Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
  • Ability to effectively and clearly communicate program and financial related information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software, especially Excel
  • Proficient and demonstrable Earned Value Management practices
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams
  • Experience in process and tool improvement
  • Well-versed in working with Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques and applications
  • Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
