Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full-time Early Career Program Finance Analyst located in Hanover, MD. In this role, you will: - Work with an experienced financial analyst to learn the basics of fiscal management for a federal government contract. - Be responsible for invoicing, funding reports, labor tracking and support to the program management team. - Work part of the work schedule remotely and part of the work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. The successful candidate will have experience manipulating large data sets in Microsoft Excel and illustrate a basic understanding of financial statements. Must be a US Citizen; This position will require a government security clearance.; This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The qualified candidate must have an active DoD TS/SCI w/ Poly SP security clearance prior to start.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics or General Business.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, SUMIF statements and VLOOKUPS.
  • Ability to learn new software applications.
  • Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.
  • This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
  • The qualified candidate must have an active DoD TS/SCI w/ Poly SP security clearance prior to start.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with government or commercial financial tracking.
  • Experience creating custom macros using Visual Basic
  • Experience with corporate financial systems, government financial systems or ProPricer.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities.
  • Experience with analyzing large data sets, either in an academic or professional environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to develop effective relationships to accomplish team goals.
