About The Position

We are seeking a strategist to elevate our Executive Briefing Program as a holistic brand experience, bridging the gap between event operations and integrated marketing. You will not only host world-class customer meetings but also drive the internal and external campaigns that generate demand. From designing marketing assets to orchestrating white-glove executive briefings, you will ensure every digital and physical touchpoint contributes to Verkada’s sales pipeline and brand authority.

Requirements

  • Hybrid Experience: 4-6 years in B2B marketing (integrated, campaign, or content functions) coupled with 3+ years of customer-facing experience (events, EBC, or sales).
  • Asset Creation: Proven experience managing a high volume of creative output across multiple formats. Must be comfortable writing and editing copy for email, landing pages, and social media with a keen eye for brand tone.
  • Executive Presence: Stellar interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with anyone, regardless of seniority - including C-level executives from leading global organizations.
  • High-Stakes Execution: Exceptional ability to multitask and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Must have a track record of managing demanding workloads while delivering flawless results.
  • Strategic & Analytical: Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance, combined with the ability to think strategically while executing programmatically.
  • Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills are essential for both internal collaboration and external hospitality.
  • Mindset & Availability: A growth mindset with the resilience to navigate ambiguity. Willingness to work occasional evenings for thought leadership events is required.
  • Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate High-Impact Engagements: Plan and host strategic Executive Briefings that directly influence the sales pipeline and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as a visible internal and external ambassador for the Verkada EBC, championing the program's value across social media, industry networks, and stakeholder communities.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day facility operations and administrative logistics with precision, ensuring a flawless, white-glove visitor experience.
  • Drive End-to-End Campaigns: Create and manage comprehensive promotional assets across digital, email, and social channels - including landing pages, ad copy, and slide decks - to drive awareness and attendance.
  • Content Strategy & Alignment: Partner with Content & Campaigns teams to ensure briefing materials align with broader corporate narratives; lead creative collaboration with Design to ensure high-quality visual standards.
  • Performance Analytics: Track campaign metrics and asset performance to identify trends, optimize engagement strategies, and improve conversion rates for future events.
