Job Summary: The Program Enablement Specialist is responsible for executing program operations with accuracy, consistency, and efficiency. This role focuses on delivering high-quality work, adhering to defined processes, and supporting reliable program outcomes. The Specialist works closely with the Program Enablement Team Lead and peers to ensure day-to-day program execution meets quality standards and service-level expectations. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, values precision, and is motivated to continuously improve.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • 1+ years of experience in program operations, enablement, or a related role.
  • Experience executing structured workflows in an operational or service-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to remain at your designated workstation for the duration of the workday
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a phone and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).
  • Ability to conduct frequent professional phone conversations throughout the workday using VoIP systems.
  • The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
  • The ability to observe details at close range (typically on a computer screen)
  • This position offers the flexibility of remote work at approved locations within the United States. Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a designated work environment conducive to professional phone calls and sensitive data. Responsibilities

  • Drive program conversions by proactively engaging facilities, senior adults, caregivers and agencies through outbound calls that promote THB’s products and services, address objections, and close commitments.
  • Facilitate conversion and adoption among members, caregivers, agencies, and facilities by onboarding them to THB’s digital submission solution, guiding setup and usage, and transitioning them from legacy timesheet and claims processes while demonstrating clear value and efficiency gains.
  • Educate new members, facilities, caregivers, and providers on submissions and processes to ensure successful program adoption.
  • Convert caregivers, agencies, and/or facilities by onboarding them onto THB’s digital submission processes, guiding them through setup and usage.
  • Drive adoption among agencies and facilities by transitioning them from legacy timesheet and/or claims submission processes to THB’s digital solution, clearly demonstrating value and efficiency gains.
  • Execute assigned program workflows accurately and efficiently in accordance with established processes and standards, managing assigned tasks, queues, and priorities to meet productivity and service-level expectations.
  • Re-engage and reactivate previous agencies, caregivers and facilities by promoting new submission opportunities on THB’s platform through direct communication via phone and email.
  • Maintain high levels of quality, data integrity, and attention to detail across all work outputs, accurately documenting communications and actions within required systems to ensure visibility and continuity.
  • Communicate clearly with team members and leadership regarding progress, risks, or blockers.
  • Apply feedback from quality reviews and coaching to improve performance.
  • Identify potential issues or inefficiencies and escalate them with context and proposed solutions.
  • Support team coverage needs as assigned during peak periods or staffing gaps.
  • Participate in training, onboarding, and process updates to remain current on program requirements.
  • Demonstrate accountability, reliability, and professionalism in daily execution.
  • Rebuild engagement with former facilities, agencies, and caregivers by showcasing new opportunities and the improved benefits of submitting through THB’s platform.
  • Other duties as assigned to support program success.
