Join us today, and experience a career well lived. We are seeking a dedicated Program Director to oversee IDD services and ensure high-quality, person-centered support for individuals served. This role includes managing a caseload and being on call for emergencies, which are typically handled by phone. Sevita is a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or a related field.
  • Experience in case management or similar roles strongly preferred due to the demands of carrying a large caseload.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A reliable self-starter who is punctual, accountable, and willing to go the extra mile for the people we serve.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to support and guide staff.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, car registration, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of individualized, person-centered plans focused on health, safety, and personal growth.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Manage day-to-day program operations, caseloads of 30+ individuals, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment.
  • Travel to assigned group homes, community meetings, and off-site locations as needed (mileage reimbursed).
  • Comfortable with an on-call rotation and capable of addressing emergencies.
