For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parentsʼ Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. Responsibilities

Program & Curriculum Leadership: Oversee the full breadth of programs to ensure the high standards of The Little Gym International are met.
Team Management & Development: Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate your fellow team members. Lead by example to foster a professional and positive environment.
Teaching & Instruction: Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum. You’ll be actively moving and playing—acting like a kid right alongside our members!
Customer Service: Provide an outstanding family-like experience. Build strong relationships with children and their parents.
Operational Support: Assist the Gym with day-to-day operations, including scheduling, answering inquiries, and maintaining a clean, safe facility.
Marketing & Sales: Promote programs to new and existing families and assist with marketing.
