About The Position

The Little Gym of Bryan College Station is seeking a Gym Director to lead our high-energy children’s enrichment facility. This is a hands-on leadership position combining team development, operations, and exceptional family experiences. With 300+ locations worldwide, The Little Gym helps children ages 4 months–12 years build confidence, skills, and independence through movement-based learning in a safe, nurturing environment. If you thrive in structured, child-focused settings and enjoy mentoring others, you will feel right at home here. This is not a behind-the-desk management job. It is a chance to lead a community-centered program that helps kids become confident, capable humans. This leadership role includes a flexible schedule with some evening and weekend hours to support our busiest times and best serve our families. Requirements
