About The Position

The Program Director is responsible for overseeing assigned Beacon locations to ensure that company goals, budgets, and clinical effectiveness targets are met. This role involves supporting Care Team Managers by ensuring adequate staffing and resources for high-quality care, and keeping department heads informed of staffing, compliance, and operational concerns. The Program Director is also tasked with planning and co-chairing monthly staff meetings, coordinating agendas, and ensuring proper documentation. They are responsible for the consistent application of policies and procedures, monitoring Care Team Managers' workload, and reviewing incident reports for timely submission to regulatory agencies. Communication with regulatory agencies, assisting the compliance department with corrective action plans, and managing Census, payroll costs, and EBITDA targets are also key aspects of the role. Furthermore, the Program Director ensures accurate time-and-attendance reporting, manages staffing needs, and oversees new employee orientation and training compliance. They address personnel issues in collaboration with HR, Compliance, and Executive Leadership, provide feedback on performance reviews, and manage the DSP leveling program.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience of previous management or supervisory experience in a residential care environment
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
