Job Description: SCOPE: The Program Director provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for oncology clinics across Central and North Louisiana. This position ensures high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The Program Director is responsible for managing clinic personnel, optimizing physician and staff schedules, and enhancing patient access and experience. Additionally, this role serves as a key liaison between clinical teams, administrative leadership, and external partners.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare administration, program management, or a related leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in oncology or specialty care preferred.
  • Experience with Onco EMR or similar electronic medical record systems.
  • Knowledge of ICD-9/10 coding a plus.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards, including OSHA and MIPS.
