Requirements

  • A degree in Human Services OR A bachelor’s degree in any field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Services.
  • Supervisory experience in a human services setting is required.
  • Must be credentialed or eligible as a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP), Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of assigned programs to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Supervise and support employees working in multiple program areas.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports as required by agency policies and funding sources.
  • Coordinate and monitor all documentation processes to maintain compliance and effectiveness.
  • Write and implement Person-Centered Plans and complete quarterly progress reviews.
  • Complete Part V documentation in the WAMS system.
  • Participate in outreach and marketing efforts to attract new individuals to the programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the community; conduct presentations at local CSBs and other facilities.
  • Conduct regular meetings with facility directors and program staff.
  • Evaluate individuals referred for services as well as those currently enrolled to ensure appropriate placement and support.
