About The Position

Assists and partners with senior management and line managers in the development of strategic business plans and implementation support for John Muir Health enterprise wide initiatives.

Requirements

• 5-7 years Healthcare Setting
• Budget development with proven financial management of operational and capital budgets.
• Documented ability to manage and develop teams.
• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
