Scope of Position: The Program Director provides overall leadership and oversight of program operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed services to adults with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders. This role directly supervises clinical and support staff, manages daily operations, and ensures compliance with agency, regulatory, and audit requirements. The Program Director oversees service delivery from admission through discharge, supports crisis intervention efforts including 24-hour on-call coverage, and promotes a culture of accountability and professional development. The position collaborates closely with campus partners, external providers, and community stakeholders to support housing stability, client independence, and long-term recovery outcomes.
