About The Position

The Program Director of Person-Centered Day leads the day and employment program designed to create innovative and genuine opportunities for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorders, to participate fully and meaningfully in, and to contribute to their communities as valued members. The Program Director of Person-Centered Day position collaborates with our funding sources and is the point of contact for the local DDS area office. Salary: $66414 annually Hiring Bonus: $3,500 ($1,750 paid at 3 and 6 months after successful completion of orientation) PERKS: Schedule: Monday through Friday 8AM-4PM Vacation and sick time, 401k with employer match, health, dental and vision insurance and more WHO YOU ARE A calm presence. Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relative field (preferred) or 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Autism Spectrum disorder, Acquired Brain Injury, clinical, and behavioral support needs.
  • Experience with electronic record management, including proficiency with HCSIS and ISP documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates all aspects of community-based day programming including program development and scheduling, tracking of participant attendance against budget, and monthly billing
  • Interviews and hires a diverse team, utilizing direct supervision to focus on the growth and development of case managers, support specialists, and relief staff.
