About The Position

We are seeking a Program Director for our Long-Term Structured Residences (LTSR) team at our Beaver Falls, PA, location. In this role, you’ll play a key leadership role in guiding services that are person-centered, strengths-based, and recovery-focused. You’ll ensure that individuals have the opportunity to shape their own care while fostering a supportive environment for both staff and participants. LTSR is a long-term residential program serving individuals with complex mental health needs, providing structured support to foster recovery and independence.

Requirements

Master’s degree in a clinical field that leads to professional licensure (e.g., Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Nursing, or similar).
Active registration, license, or certification in that clinical profession within the Commonwealth, if applicable.
Minimum of 2 years of mental health clinical experience.
Valid driver’s license required.

Nice To Haves

5 years of psychiatric mental health experience preferred.
1 year of managerial or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise program staff in our LTSR residential program, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
Oversee treatment planning, documentation, and service delivery to ensure compliance with regulations and Merakey standards.
Manage program operations, including budgeting, incident reporting, audits, and quality initiatives.
Provide clinical leadership, ensuring best practices and high-quality care.
Collaborate with individuals, families, staff, and external partners to support recovery and continuity of care.
