About The Position

The Program Director, Grounds provides operational and technical leadership for grounds maintenance services across assigned ABM accounts within their region. This role supports both Operations and Sales, ensuring high-quality service delivery, financial accountability, safety compliance, and client satisfaction. The Program Director, Grounds is responsible for planning, overseeing, and supporting a wide range of grounds and sports field operations while serving as a subject-matter expert during proposals, account start-ups, and ongoing client engagements. This individual plays a key role in maintaining service consistency, managing budgets, developing staff, and supporting business growth initiatives.
