At Sikorsky, a Lockheed Martin company, we're driven by a shared purpose to make a meaningful impact on the world through our innovative aerospace solutions. By combining our exceptional collective expertise and experience, we tackle the most complex engineering challenges and develop cutting-edge products that shape the future of flight. Our Advanced Programs Market Segment brings together expertise in strategy, business development, capture, technology development, and program execution under one umbrella. Our products keep our customers safe and bring them home to their families at night. We provide the resources, inspiration, and focus - if you have the resourcefulness and perseverance to work hard, then we want to create a better tomorrow with you. As a seasoned leader with a strong technical foundation in advanced aerospace technologies, you have a proven track record of driving innovation and growth in complex and dynamic environments. You bring a unique combination of skills and experience to the table, including: Executive-level program and portfolio leadership: A proven ability to lead large-scale programs and portfolios, with a deep understanding of the technical, financial, and operational aspects of program management. Advanced technology expertise: A strong background in the development of cutting-edge technologies with a keen eye for emerging trends and opportunities. Transformational leadership: A demonstrated ability to drive change and guide teams through periods of transformation, with a focus on empowering employees and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
