About The Position

Program Director - ARF Administrator Program/Location: CCF Group Home; Northridge, CA Population: Adults with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges Pay: Annual $70,304 salary-exempt Schedule: Mon-Fri daytime hours + On-call 24/7; full-time 40 hours/week SUMMARY Position Type: Full-time, exempt, salaried supervisor role. Scope of Role: Responsible for managing the services delivered to a designated program or set of programs, and the operation of programs. Key Responsibilities: Oversee organization and implementation of direct supports, person-centered planning and implementation, health care, advocacy, stakeholder relations, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, financial management, and maintenance of the physical environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Two to three years of related experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting required
One year or more in a supervisory role (supervising staff)
Current/valid CA driver's license in good standing; must have at least one year of history as a licensed driver in any US state
Access to a reliable vehicle with proof of valid CA registration and insurance
DSP Year 1 and DSP Year 2 certifications

Responsibilities

Program Management: Program Planning Records Program Team Meetings Compliance Management of Individuals’ Assets Program Stakeholder Relations Government Relations Incidents
Health Care (for individuals served): Appointments Medications Medical Supplies and Equipment Dietary planning
Financial Management: Purchasing Billing and utilization Growth
Census Management: Census Performance Referrals Placements
Maintenance - Address and implement planning for: Vehicles Housekeeping Maintenance and Repair
Other: Performs other duties and activities as required, including backfilling roles under your supervision. Must be available on-call to support staff, find coverage or cover shifts as needed.
Performs other related duties and activities as required.
Manages the Direct Support Professionals, Program Supervisors and other direct or indirect staff members of the program.
Completes performance evaluations, orientation, and training.
Makes decisions on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and similar actions.
Resolves employee problems within position responsibilities.
