About The Position

As a Program Delivery Manager (Professional Services) at Fiserv, you ensure we deliver products and programs on time, on budget, and to client expectations. You drive cross-functional execution, resolve risks and dependencies, and measure success by financial and client experience metrics.

Requirements

• 6+ years of business and IT program/project management experience.
• 4+ years of experience delivering products to clients.
• Proven track record of meeting financial targets and client experience metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field (or equivalent military experience).

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of Financial Services industry experience.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Strong experience building and reporting program metrics and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products and programs.
• Execute Digital Solutions initiatives using program management best practices.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects to meet schedule and budget commitments.
• Monitor, report, and drive improvement on financial and client experience metrics.
• Align stakeholders (Product, Development, Client Account Management) and resolve risks/issues.
