This position is for a Program Cost Controls Analyst Team member (P2), working within the Raytheon Operations and Supply Chain (OSC) Finance organization. This role is supporting the Product Line and will be working very closely with the Business Office and the Program Operations Manager supporting the exciting and challenging Tomahawk program. As a member of the OSQ Finance team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Operations labor financials. The successful candidate will assist in the preparation of all Finance deliverables including: external earned value management, quarterly Estimates at Compete (EACs), Latest Revised Estimates (LREs), weekly / monthly reporting and analysis. This role will also include collaboration with Operations, Value Streams, MPMs and Program leaders for EAC inputs, monthly variance reporting to the Operations Leadership Team, and weekly inquiries into cost and labor runs. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a strong fundamental understanding of the factory environment, while also working closely with the Program Finance office to ensure financial targets are achieved. The ability to be self-sufficient as well as operating in a team environment, supporting both the Functional organizations as well as ensuring program financial commitments are met will be fundamental to success in this role.
