Raytheon is seeking a Finance Analyst for the Commercial, Intelligence, and IT (Ci2) portfolio. Interested candidates will be responsible for tracking, analyzing and cost controls associated with classified government contracts. We are seeking a hard-working, energetic, and dedicated individual to contribute to the overall success of our programs as well as provide opportunities for career growth and advancements within the organization and company. In this role, you will have opportunities to work independently as well as collaborate with key functional stakeholders including Program Management and Supply Chain. Successful candidates will demonstrate an aptitude for efficiency, problem-solving, and resourcefulness, with a commitment to quality while developing their skills as a key business partner. This is an onsite position, that can be staffed in Aurora, CO; Dulles, VA; or Richardson, TX.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field
  • Current and active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Ability to obtain CI Polygraph.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

  • Experience in performing cost control and analysis functions on U.S. Government contracts.
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Responsibilities

  • Accounting data extraction and reconciliation; Labor and cost transfer submittals.
  • Assist in monitoring costs and manpower ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct end objective.
  • Support supply-chain management in financial controls of subcontracts and material procurement forecasting.
  • Budgeting, cost control and variance analysis, internal/external reporting, risk management, and financial support.
  • Development of quarterly EACs; analyze/assist in accurate projection of Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) data.
  • Assist with organization of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and job cost accumulation; manpower planning; forecasting; and reporting.
  • Develop briefing package of program financial status to be presented to the Customer.
