Your day as a Program Coordinator The Full-Time Program Coordinator at Lunds & Byerlys plays a vital role in enhancing our sales initiatives through strategic program coordination. This position is responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing promotions that drive customer engagement, and partnering with managers and vendors. The coordinator also sits at our front desk, greeting visitors at our corporate support office and managing assigned events, and company-sponsored activities. Key responsibilities include overseeing the Nourish program communication, supporting various category and marketing initiatives, and ensuring seamless operations by verifying product availability, pricing, and invoicing for promotions and demos. The coordinator also creates schedules, directs customer inquiries, and guarantees compliance with food safety standards. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
MS Office
Two or more years of customer service experience
Possess adequate food knowledge that makes it possible to create desired recipes, food pairings, and/or address specific nutritional needs
being action-oriented, customer-focused, and trustworthy
demonstrating strong communication skills
service-oriented, energetic attitude
ability to manage multiple projects amidst changing priorities
strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with both internal and external customers
