Requirements

• An associate degree in human services or a related field or a minimum of two years of experience in the field of gerontology, human services, or a related field is required.
• Working 37.5 hours per week.
• This program is funded in part through a grant from AmeriCorps.

Nice To Haves

• A bachelor's degree and experience with programs of volunteerism is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic support to the Program Director and Senior Services Program Manager
• Directly involved with the volunteer sites and site supervisors
• Assist with the recruitment, screening, training, placement and evaluation of the volunteers and volunteer sites
