Baylor University is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Wesley House of Studies in Truett Seminary. The Program Coordinator for the Wesley House of Studies will be the main contact for all aspects of Wesley House of Studies Extended Learning initiatives, with the primary focus being on the Pastoral Studies Program and Certified Lay Ministry Certificate Program. This person will work alongside individual program instructors, the Program Manager, and Program Director to ensure the day-to-day operations of the Wesley House Extended Learning programs are running smoothly. Alongside work done for Wesley House Extended Learning Programs, the Program Coordinator will also help in the vision and mission of the Wesley House as a whole within Truett Seminary which is to develop Wesleyan and Methodist ministers for the sake of the Gospel of Jesus Christ through interaction with degree students, assisting with major recruitment efforts, and assisting with large scale Wesley House hosted events with the whole of the Wesley House team. A Bachelor's and one year of relevant work experience are required. A Master’s degree and five years of relevant work experience are preferred. A combination of education and work experience will be considered in lieu of one another. All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
