As the Back of House Coordinator, you will be the administrative and logistical backbone of local STR operations. You’ll work closely with the Team Lead, Back of House to ensure inventory is managed, vendors are supported, and the field team is equipped to focus on our guests and owners in the field. You will serve as the key point of coordination across multiple back-of-house functions — housekeeping, maintenance ticket flow, and warehousing — helping to keep the market running smoothly and ensuring guests and owners have a seamless experience. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, responsive, and energized by fast-paced problem solving.
