This role provides administrative oversight for the outreach, implementation, and management functions for assigned programs. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Education or related field required
  • 4 years experience in student retention, training, teaching, project management, program development and implementation, program sustainment required
  • Valid Texas Driver License
  • MS Office Programs
  • Information Management Systems
  • Project Management

  • Higher education experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, organizing, developing and facilitating assigned programs and events.
  • Assist with the formation of partnerships with business, industry, community agencies, state and federal agencies to meet the needs of the assigned program.
  • Enhance exposure to skilled workforce employment opportunities.
  • Gather and maintain data for and assist in preparing reports, often using a variety of computer software; prepare statistics and reports on program participation, marketing responses, budget, and evaluations.
  • Keep current on trends, compliance issues, regulations and guidelines regarding subject matter; advise supervisor accordingly.
  • Monitor progress of all community partners, prepare reports and evaluations of activities as required.
  • Perform other duties, tasks and assignments as required.
