About The Position

The Program Coordinator assists with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of engagement and fundraising initiatives that strengthen relationships with alumni, parents and friends. Reporting to the Major Gift Officer, Sr. for the School of Engineering, the Program Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Senior Director, as well as the Constituent Development team across multiple schools and units. The coordinator handles a wide range of advanced administrative tasks, including scheduling, managing correspondence and communications, coordinating travel and event logistics, and maintaining files and databases. The Program Coordinator will also serve as a point of contact for both internal and external constituencies, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. Requirements

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • Five (5) years relevant experience
  • Relevant combinations of education, training and experience may be considered.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work with sensitive information in a confidential and diplomatic manner
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision
