Children’s Choice is seeking a Program Coordinator who can provide a supportive role by encouraging and positive interaction, offer assistance in engagement, communication, setting limits, and setting boundaries. Also provide supervision to coaches and ensure clinical oversight. This position would also include supervision of staff of about 1-4 coaches, a caseaide, and manage the office and over-see all file compliance and maintenance.

Requirements

  • Masters of Social Work or a Masters degree in a directly related degree.
  • Prior experience in Foster Care and Family Intervention services.
  • Prior experience working with birth families and children
  • Supervisory experience a must
  • Ability to obtain appropriate child abuse and criminal clearances.
  • Valid driver’s license and own a properly registered and insured vehicle.
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing and communication skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Able to take financial responsibility to obtain clearances needed before orientation.
  • Willing to make a minimum of a 2 year commitment to growing with our team.

Responsibilities
